It’s not an easy stroll, however, and we regretted wearing running shoes instead of hiking shoes/boots. I would also add it’s not a good activity for someone with bad knees or poor balance. There are a lot of tall (2 feet or so) rocky steps up and down. The hiking poles were helpful. Our guide was great. The whole experience was unforgettable.”
