“The BEST pizza we had in Italy! They teach you how to make the dough and give you recipe to take home. They do prepare the dough ahead of time for you to use since the dough needs to rise for minimum 24 hours. So the dough you make it not the actually pizza dough you put in the oven that day. Also the class takes place at Tirabuscio cooking school in Sorrento, which is approx. 15 min drive from the city center, transportation is included with your ticket! Overall a great experience and a process/recipe we can take home with us to recreate, which is a bonus.”
